Are your assistants real people or AI? +
Real people. Every time. We're AI-enabled - meaning we use AI to help our agents be better at their jobs (faster onboarding, knowledge systems, quality monitoring) - but the humans talking to your patients are exactly that. Humans. Trained for your practice.
Where are your virtual assistants based? +
Primarily the Philippines for patient-facing and front-desk roles, and India for back-office and billing roles. Our US team in Hatboro, Pennsylvania manages recruitment, training, and the account relationship.
How do you pre-qualify candidates? +
We built our own proprietary assessment system that scores every candidate on voice clarity, grammar, spelling, customer service aptitude, and healthcare knowledge. Only candidates scoring 85 or higher across all tests are presented to you for interview.
How do you handle HIPAA compliance? +
We sign the Business Associate Agreement at the company level. All assistants are HIPAA-certified, work from a secure virtual desktop with no copy or paste of PHI, and have single-user authenticated logins.
What happens if the assistant doesn't work out? +
We replace them at no cost - no matter how long they've been with you. Because candidates are pre-qualified and you interview them before they start, this is rare.
What EHR systems do you work with? +
All major systems - Athena, Epic, Modernizing Medicine, Tebra, IntakeQ, eClinicalWorks, and more. Access runs through a secure virtual desktop we provide.
What are your pricing and minimums? +
$8 to $12 per hour depending on the role. Back office roles like billing and claims start at $8. Patient-facing roles like scheduling and intake are $11 to $12. No upfront costs. No implementation fees. Standard minimum is 20 hours per week with a 3-month initial agreement.
